Maintenance Management

Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis (RCM)

RCM is a robust tool that is effectively used to prevent failures, minimize downtime and establishes the maintenance program for an asset to improve upon the efficiency as well as to define the asset spare parts strategy. This tool is proven in the aerospace industry and can be extensible to other applications. Similar to a FMEA in some regards, but is not restricted to the early development phase and can be applied to mature assets. RCM is a comprehensive approach to optimizing the Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Total Effective Equipment Performance (OEE/TEEP).
